The case concerned the alleged failure of a banker to follow client instructions with respect to the Claimant’s investment portfolio. I produced two expert reports. The first calculated the Claimant’s loss under a number of scenarios with a quantum up to 19m EUROS. The second expert report was a response to another expert’s report from the Big 4. The case went to Court and the Court determined there was no liability on the part of the bank.
