Acted as either a Single Joint Expert, Party Appointed Expert, Shadow Expert, Aribitrator or Expert Determiner in approaching 1,000 cases across all parts of England in the last 25 years. Principally in business valuation matters in matrimonial proceedings, shareholder disputes and Commercial Agency terminations. Also acts regularly in large confiscation proceedings, loss of profit claims, criminal defence and fraud matters.
Career history
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, former Director of Forensic Accounting in Deloitte, worked as an in-house Forensic Accountant for a top 50 UK law firm and formed Quantis in 2004.
