Defendant was subject of an investigation in relation to the importation of large quantities of steroids from India. Defendant was subsequently pleaded guilty to possession of a drug of Class C, namely anabolic steroids with intent to supply.
Defendant operated two nutritional fitness businesses, supplying sport nutrition products and supplements. We were asked to assess the Benefit and in particular to identify legitimate vs illegitimate trade.
