In the context of a partnership dispute, we were appointed by the defendant as the expert accountant to prepare a valuation of two property partnerships, at two different dates, for which no financial statements has been prepared for some 15 years.
We were also instructed to quantify the defendant’s counterclaim in respect of the benefit generated by the claimant from funds which had been withdrawn from the partnerships without the permission of the defendant.
